A deal is in the works for Miami healthcare exec whose prison term was commuted by Trump
Former President Donald Trump commuted the 20-year prison sentence of Philip Esformes, a former Miami Beach executive.
There appears to be negotiations between the Justice Department and Esformes for a potential plea deal, possibly to avoid a retrial. [ more ]
